Health Information

We treat health information with a higher level of care. Health information we collect in connection with clinical services, including Index Zero, is used and disclosed in accordance with applicable federal and Florida law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where it applies, and Florida laws governing the confidentiality of medical records.

We do not sell health information. We do not share health information, lab results, or intake answers with advertising or social media platforms, and we do not use health information for marketing without your written authorization.

Laboratory Partners & Clinical Service Providers

To perform the services you request, we share your blood sample and the information needed to process it (such as your name, date of birth, and ordering physician) with an independent, licensed clinical laboratory. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us and as required by law.

Third-Party Analytics & Marketing Tools

We may use third-party services (such as analytics or lead attribution tools) to understand website usage and improve our services. These tools may collect technical and behavioral information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

These may include advertising and analytics tags from companies such as Meta and Google, which help us understand how visitors find our website and measure the performance of our advertising. We configure these tools so that health information, lab results, and intake answers are not sent to advertising platforms.

WhatsApp Communications

If you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, and the messages you send. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC, a Meta company, and your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send detailed health information through WhatsApp. We may ask to continue the conversation by phone or another secure method.

Call Tracking

We use call tracking phone numbers on our website and in our ads to measure which ads and pages lead to phone calls. When you call one of these numbers, we and our call tracking providers may collect your phone number and the date, time, and length of the call.

SMS / Text Messaging Communications (A2P Compliance)
